Your new opportunity
Location: Perth WA
The Regional Director is responsible for the operational performance of their team, leading by example and providing support, mentoring, engagement initiatives and ongoing communication to their team of valuers in the Residential space. The Regional Director will lead change initiatives and ensure Opteon processes are embedded.
Proactive performance management is essential with regular performance reporting including TAT, quality, queries, quoting, financial & WIP management targets, and making improvements to enhance overall team performance.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed leadership skills, excellent communication and business development abilities. You will have a strong client network and a commitment to professional development, with:
- 2+ years of key leadership experience with demonstrated ability to implement a regional business plan and translate this into effective operational plans
- 5 years as a Certified Practising Valuer (preferred)
- Post-Graduate Qualification
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute
