The role
Dine in and Takeaway - Using Inglewood Coffee
Flexible hours/days - 10-30 hour per week
RIA rates - penalty rates apply
We are an artisan bakery that has grown into a successful business producing bread and pastry products, from scratch, using traditional methods. Beginning before 1825 in France and has continued in Australia by our 5th generation European Master Baker. Noisette Bakery makes products of the highest quality and supplies wholesale customers across the Melbourne region.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, pastries and breads.
- Assist in the smooth running and operation of the café.
- Maintain a clean and well‐organised workspace.
- Follow directions of management and adhere to the company's guidelines.
- Provide extraordinary customer service to all customers.
- Understand dosage requirements and set up coffee machines to adhere to strict procedures, extracting the best of Inglewood coffee in a rapid‐paced environment.
Shift Hours
- Monday – Sunday: 6:00am to 6:00pm
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a cafe or other hospitality environment.
- Minimum 1 year local Barista experience.
- Basic latte art.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Pay and Hours
- Pay: $24.10 – $40.00 per hour (Junior rates may apply)
- Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
- Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay, penalty rates
- Job Type: Casual
Experience
- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Bentleigh, VIC 3204 – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
