We are seeking a diligent kitchen staff member to join our team.
* Working Hours: The role may involve early morning shifts
* Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare ingredients by peeling, chopping, and slicing. Cook and grill food items
* Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either manually or using industrial dishwashers
* Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
* Inventory Management and Compliance: Receive, store, and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen with equipment in good working order
