We are seeking a strategic and client-centric Consultative Technical Account Specialist to support a defined Book of Business for a world-renowned digital advertising platform. This role focuses exclusively on enhancing and growing existing client portfolios—with no responsibility for lead generation or new client acquisition.
You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging sales acumen, platform expertise, and performance insights to drive measurable results for SMB advertisers and agencies. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and crafting compelling online presentations that influence client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow an assigned Book of Business, ensuring client retention, performance improvement, and strategic revenue expansion.
* Build strong, consultative relationships by understanding client goals and aligning them with tailored advertising solutions.
* Apply sales skills with a growth mindset, identifying upsell and optimization opportunities to increase client investment and satisfaction.
* Analyze performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights that drive client decision-making.
* Create and deliver impactful online presentations and pitches, tailored to client needs and maturity level—built from scratch using data, platform features, and strategic goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and technical guidance, providing ongoing support and platform education.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, support) to resolve issues and advocate for client needs.
* Monitor account health, engagement, and KPIs to ensure clients continuously see value and performance improvements.
