About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers. You will ensure the quality, performance, and functionality of the software produced by the team.
What You'll Do
* Designing, developing, and configuring Power Apps to support FWIN business processes.
* Implementing Dataverse as the primary data store and migrating existing records from SharePoint Lists.
* Developing and configuring Power Automate workflows to enable validation, automation, and notifications.
* Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration and implementation process.
* Applying appropriate security roles, permissions, and governance controls.
* Collaborating with business users to refine requirements and continuously improve solutions.
* Producing clear technical and operational documentation, including solution design, data models, configuration details, and support/maintenance requirements.
* Providing user training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment hyper-care support.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps canvas/model driven apps and Power Automate flows
* Consulting skills such as solution architecture design, and stakeholder management
* Experience implementing governance policies for applications and data within Dataverse
* Strong communication skills for collaborating across internal teams
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance of complex workflows, application and data connections
* Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform Base
