What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Carry out warranty work for some of Australia's leading a/c brands
* Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on equipment
* Install new air conditioning systems where required (minimal)
* Respond to emergency call-outs (optional)
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
* Maintain accurate records, data entry and documentation
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
What we're looking for
* Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years' qualified experience
* Extensive knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently
* Ability to train and work with apprentices
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (who thinks outside the box)
* Commitment to safety and quality
* Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (if required)
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Valid ARC licence
* Strong fault-finding ability, especially with inverter systems
* Experience with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung
* Tech-savvy with software and computers
* Current driver's licence and White Card
* Police check (upon request)
