Creative Digital Marketing Account Manager

Centre House Media is looking for a high-performing creative all-rounder to join the team immediately. We work with incredible brands across hospitality (Tequila Mockingbird, Esteban, Nikkita Manly), Fashion (Budgy Smuggler, Earls Collection etc.) and more.
This role sits at the intersection of photography, video production, editing, social media, and client execution. You'll be on shoots, behind the camera, in the edit suite, and managing content rollouts across some of Australia's most exciting hospitality, lifestyle, and business brands.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who wants responsibility, variety, and real creative ownership.
Core Responsibilities
* Assist and lead on photo and video shoots (on-location & studio)
* Confidently operate mirrorless cameras for:
* Social content
* Campaign shoots
* BTS & short‐form video
* Framing & composition
* Shooting for social-first outputs
* Capture stills alongside video where required
You must be comfortable holding a camera on shoot days.
Video Editing & Content Creation
* Edit high-quality videos and Reels in Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
* Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency
* Deliver content quickly without sacrificing quality
Social Media Management
* Schedule and publish content
* Write engaging, on‐brand captions
* Understand trends and performance metrics
* Execute content calendars across multiple clients
EDMs & Marketing Support
* Build and deploy EDMs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar)
* Support launches, events, & campaigns
* Assist with marketing calendars and rollouts
Account & Team Support
* Support multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
* Work closely with the Director on execution and delivery
* Keep projects organised, on time, and on brief
Essential Skills & Experience (Non‐Negotiable)
* Experience shooting and editing content for social media
* Confidence working on fast‐paced shoots
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
* After Effects (basic motion graphics)
* Studio lighting experience
* Copywriting or caption writing strength
