Responsibilities Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs effectively, utilizing your technical expertise. Collaborate with operators and other team members to ensure smooth functioning of the machinery and address any issues promptly. Utilize Maximo CCMS to log and track maintenance activities. Adhere to safety standards and procedures, including working with heights and confined spaces. Assist in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other departments. Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and repairs. Qualifications Australian Trade Qualifications as a Maintenance Fitter. Proven experience in scheduled and breakdown maintenance, with a strong emphasis on fault-finding skills. Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is an advantage. Restricted electrical qualifications are advantageous. Proficiency with Maximo CCMS or similar systems is preferred. Valid qualifications in working with heights and confined spaces. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with operators and other team members.
