Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of Labour Management Processes: Develop, implement and continuously improve processes to ensure optimal workforce deployment and efficiency across all segments.
* Process Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process efficiencies around the Time and Attendance (T&A) system, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and labour cost management.
* Benchmarking Data Analysis: Gather and analyse labour data to compile benchmarking reports, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to the commercial team.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a culture where labour optimisation decisions are guided by data insights, ensuring strategies and actions are based on accurate information.
* Contract Optimisation & Improvement Recommendations: Lead contract optimisation efforts by developing tools, processes and procedures, monitoring practices and recommending improvements.
* Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Assist in developing benchmarking tools and contract performance reports, evaluating benchmarks to identify underperforming contracts and areas for improvement. Additionally, contribute to tender processes by supporting the Commercial team with market analysis and competition assessments.
* Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Analyse data streams from existing operations using tools like Excel, Power BI and Tableau, monitoring implementation effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
