Job Description
As a Client Services Consultant, you will provide support to the Executive Office Team. You will liaise with members of the Community, Trust Managers, and various stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include operating phone and email systems, maintaining accurate records, processing applications and payments, preparing and processing member payments, reconciling payments in Xero, and coding transactions as required.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completion of secondary education
* Previous experience in customer service and/or office administration
* Good knowledge of Xero
