About the Role
In a fast-paced sales environment, our team is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to champion our product range and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to facilitate the introduction of new products and services.
* Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow profitable sales and market share across the distribution channel.
* Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of our service offerings, including life cycles, pricing programs, and technology advantages.
* Proactively identifying sales opportunities and closing sales within assigned partner bases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* At least 1+ year's experience in sales or account management within the IT industry.
* Strong sales intuition and ability to take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.
* Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
