We have a great opportunity for a dynamic People & Culture professional to join our Partnering team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is supporting our VIC business and will need to be located in VIC.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture - Commercial, you will partner with State Leaders to deliver strong outcomes against the priorities of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Customer Group people plan.
What You'll Be Doing...
* Providing thought leadership and coaching to leaders on Talent & succession planning; performance management; industrial relations; employee relations; reward; organisational change; capability development; culture & engagement and diversity & inclusion strategies.
* Employee relations case management for non-frontline roles (Team Leader and above in the state).
* Coaching mid and frontline leaders to enable strong business performance.

What You'll Bring
* Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
* Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholder and implementing a strategy
* proactive Employee Relations experience
* Experience, willingness to negotiate Enterprise Agreement (supported by WPR)
* Highly developed communication and influencing skills
* the ability to translate business challenges into commercial solutions
* the ability to collaborate closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders
