About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
5. 3 Years+ experience in a similar position and/or extensive technical knowledge
6. CCNA/CCIE/NSE
7. Proven experience with Cisco core routing protocols including (RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIRGP, VRF)
8. Proven experience Cisco Wireless technologies
9. Excellent communication skills – will be engaging with business users and project stakeholders
10. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including proficiency in technical writing and documentation
11. Good administrative and time management skills
12. The flexibility to relate to different kinds of people and situations
13. The ability to work in a team while being self-reliant and showing initiative
14. The ability to remain calm under pressure
15. Availability to participate in after-hour support for related network and security problems and projects
16. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Cybersecurity principals, trends and controls. Demonstrates application to work and thinking.
Desirable but not essential:
17. Cisco SDA and ACI fundamentals
18. Cisco UCCX (Cisco Contact Centre Express)
19. Cisco Prime/DNAC Infrastructure
20. Cisco MSE (mobility services engine)
21. Cisco ISE (identity services engine)
22. MS Teams or Cisco Webex
23. Right Fax
24. Nice CXone
