**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating people resources to ensure that the rigs and office manning requirements are met.
- Assisting with payroll data entry and advice.
- Providing advice to managers and employees across a broad range of generalist HR matters including employment law, performance management, pay, leave, and benefits.
- Providing general HR administrative support including records management, and periodic reporting.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with HR projects.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times of Human Resources information.
- Participating fully in all Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and safety programs.
- Following Diamond Offshore Global Excellence Management System (G.E.M.S.).
- Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A qualification in Human Resources, preferred
- Minimum three years Human Resources generalist experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- High level professional writing style and good attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
