**Your new role**
As Product owner you will be involved in an exciting billion dollar project in revolutionising our skies for the future of aerospace. The project is the most complex transformation of Air Traffic Management in aviation history, come be a part of making history by joining the team. This is a permanent role which requires experience as a product owner in a similar environment. Open to citizens, non citizens and opportunities for visa sponsorship and relocation packages over seas or interstate with the relevant criteria.
Key Responsibilities;
- Managing the various stakeholders to identify and define customer needs
- Drive the solution at software level
- Document the solution in a timely manner in anticipation of the next Program Increment (PI)
- Develop cost estimates
- Iteration Planning, coordination of dependencies with other POs or teams
- Participate to retrospective
- Owning and maintaining the team backlog. Backlog items are prioritised based on value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the PI planning event and refined during the PI
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience working in complex system engineering environment with multiples teams
- Experience in building Flight Data processing software component for air traffic management systems, and therefore act as a SME in FDP domain.
- You have knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, feature team and you are familiar with the Safe methodology
- You have experience in embedding agile performance metrics to drive accountability
- You are considered as a problem-solver and you know how to make effective decisions
- You are able to help a team to tackle human, organizational & technical challenges to reach team excellence
