Band 3 Clinical Services Administrator - Wiltshire
Are you looking for a opportunity to make good use of your administrative skills supporting a Specialised Mental Health team. If so this role may interest you. This is a part time post providing administrative support to our friendly and busy BSW Perinatal team. The team looks after women with mental health issues which occur during pregnancy or in the first year afterwards.
You will be joining an administrative team of three other Band 3 administrators and one Band 4 administrator. We are a busy team and you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to complete a wide range of administrative duties. You will need to be able to demonstrate empathy with service users who may be experiencing Mental health challenges. You will receive regular supervision and have access to training.
The successful applicant could be based in Chippenham or at Fountain Way Hospital in Salisbury.

Main duties of the job
You will need good communication skills as you will be dealing with telephone calls and emails from Service users and other professionals. Most of the work is generated through a shared admin email box and the work is allocated throughout the administrative team. The ability to take accurate messages and ensure they reach the right person is essential.
Other duties will include managing lone working and supporting the Duty worker with admin tasks. You may be asked to take minutes and provide support to our Medical Consultants. You will be updating progress notes on Rio and uploading documents. Training will be provided

* Answering the telephone and effectively dealing with messages.
* Processing referrals.
* Setting up appointments .
* Updating progress notes.
* Helping to manage the admin inbox and responding to incoming mail appropriately.
* Minute taking.

Person Specification
