About The Role
This is an opportunity to kick start your career in community care with a local provider that holds strong ties to the Adelaide community.
Our Domestic Assistants provide essential cleaning services to our clients living in the community, maintaining and enhancing their homes and standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.
You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community.
Your responsibilities include:
* Perform household tasks to support clients' independent living, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and handling laundry (hanging, folding, ironing)
* Maintain clean and comfortable home environments
* Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
Work available in and around Munno Para, Salisbury, Davoren Park, Smithfield, Blakeview.
About You
You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You are committed to the rights of elderly and people living with disability/ mental illness to live dignified lives. You are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.

* Current drivers' license and reliable, insured vehicle.
* National criminal history/police check
* Manual Handling Certificate, CPR and First Aid certificate
