You will be the key point of contact for trade clients, providing seamless communication and coordination throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, call centers, or front-facing service roles.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage trade orders from confirmation through delivery, ensuring accuracy in every detail.
 * Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on deliveries, stock, and service timelines.
 * Resolve post-sale concerns quickly and professionally.
 * Liaise with internal teams to prioritize trade client outcomes.
 * Support the showroom team with trade-related follow-ups as needed.
 * Utilize AI tools and CRM systems to manage customer communication and reduce administrative tasks.
 * Maintain a monthly service performance report, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Background: Retail, hospitality, logistics, call centers, or front-facing service roles.
 * Candidates should possess: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and solve problems calmly and efficiently.
 * Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar CRMs.
