We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join this Global organisation and form part of the HR team. Be the SME in placing top-tier talent within this organisation. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to director-level positions. SUITED TO This will suit an individual with proven recruitment experience who can jump from entry level roles to exec search, building talent pipelines and being the SME for recruitment in the company. No egos- just doing what you do best, working in a great HR team and having autonomy to do what you do best. Your Responsibilities Will Include: End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. Strategic Pipeline Development: Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build a robust candidate pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific needs. Candidate Assessment: Conducting thorough interviews and managing psychometric assessments. Interview Coordination: Facilitating second-round interviews with key stakeholders. Brand Building: Contributing to our company's brand presence within the finance industry. Target Roles: Business Support Officers (Loans Administration) Managers and Assistant Managers (Risk, Corporate, Back/Middle Office) IT Team (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Apps Development, Security Manager) Corporate Bankers (Director Level) Project Finance and Treasury Roles. Suited to Ideally you have a proven track record of success within the finance industry. You are comfortable moving from entry level recruitment to executive search and have experience building pipelines and head hunting exec level candidates. You are happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Success Factors is highly desirable.
