About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires leadership, guidance and oversight to staff within Front Door services.
You will lead, mentor and support case management staff to ensure consistent practice.
* Monitor service delivery, ensuring practice coherency and fidelity to the Housing Connect model.
* Oversee case allocation, workflow management and client support pathways.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners for seamless service delivery.
* Provide high-level advice on practice design with a focus on innovation and improvement.
This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on case practice management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable competency in the following areas:
* High level understanding of evidence-based service design into practice.
* Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leading teams including monitoring performance.
* Demonstrated experience providing high-level advice on practice issues.
* Demonstrated experience with practice development and documentation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
