About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisors across the country in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, analyse financial data, and assist in the development of tailored financial plans that align with their unique goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries promptly.
* General Advice: Provide general advice as required in line with AFSL restrictions.
* Research and Implementation: Support and complete all research and implementation work for members who receive personal advice from the comprehensive financial planners.
Requirements
* Past Experience: Previous experience in an associate role within a financial planning practice or financial services environment is preferred but not essential.
* Educational Qualifications: Essential: You have completed or currently studying towards a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
