Accounts Officer Job Description
This role involves providing financial support to the organisation by processing invoices, completing payment runs, and performing bank reconciliations.
* Timely and accurate processing of invoices
* Completing weekly and monthly payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Receipting and allocation of payments
* Handle general account queries
* Follow up overdue payments
* Reconciliation duties
* Assist with end of month reporting
* Complete various reporting duties
* Provide support to the finance team where required
Key Responsibilities
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records
* Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
