Key Leadership Position
1. About the Role:
* The Assistant Store Manager will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment, utilising advanced technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Responsibilities:
* Lead by example to achieve outstanding customer service standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve team performance.
* Monitor and analyse team performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
* Collaborate with senior management to effectively manage rosters and control labour costs within company guidelines.
* Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
* Champion team training, development, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
* Engage with local communities through partnerships and relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements in line with national and state regulations.
3. Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
* Proven success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
