What You’ll Do
* Lead hardware projects from concept through to production
* Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks
* Create detailed 2D/3D models and production-ready technical drawings
* Manage design data and documentation using SolidWorks PDM
* Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Support product structures and part numbering using Arena PLM
* Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers on prototyping and production
* Assist with sourcing, supplier selection, and cost optimization
* Support manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting activities
* Drive continuous improvement across products and processes
* Mentor team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture
What You Bring
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
* 10+ years’ experience in mechanical design
* Advanced SolidWorks capability (including plastic design)
* Experience with injection-moulded / plastic part design (highly regarded)
* Exposure to Arena PLM, Confluence, or Jira (desirable)
