About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a high-performing real estate team on the Northern Beaches. You'll be supporting two top agents ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from listing to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the agent services inbox and coordinate daily administrative tasks
* Oversee all aspects of listing compliance and documentation
* Upload and maintain accurate property data within CRM (AgentBox)
* Coordinate marketing materials and ensure campaign deadlines are met
* Arrange photography, videography, floor plans, and copywriting
* Coordinate styling, signage, brochures, and digital marketing schedules
* Liaise with external marketing suppliers to obtain and manage campaign quotes
* Proof and approve marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
* Be the central point of contact for agents, vendors, and buyers
* Handle incoming enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Schedule and confirm appointments, open homes, and inspections
* Manage the team calendar, meetings, and property launch timelines
* Support agents with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
* Previous real estate experience
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in AgentBox or similar CRM systems
* Car and drivers license
