The role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and CSM stock.
Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information.
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
