3. Prepare customized proposals, agreements, and tenders to meet client needs.
4. Assist in processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Support the Executive Team with meeting preparation, report management, and event coordination.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve objectives and drive business success.
About You:
1. You have previous experience in an administration role, with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
2. You possess high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. You exhibit a positive phone manner, able to build strong relationships with clients.
