NES Fircroft is recruiting an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Coordinator, to join an owners team supporting four active large scale projects in Pinjarra.
Benefits:
* Location: Local role | DIDO to Pinjarra
* Contract: 12-month initial contract - Strong likelihood of extension through to 2029 and beyond
* Rate: $100–$110/hr + super
* Hours: Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm
* Additional Benefits: Fortnightly pay, EAP contractor support, Dedicated NES Fircroft consultant
About You:
* Trade qualified with a current WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Instrumentation trade certificate (highly desirable)
* Strong experience managing FAT and SAT for electrical and instrumentation scopes
* Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks to personnel safety, schedule, and cost
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Demonstrated experience managing contractors and ensuring delivery to company and industry standards
* Capable of providing robust technical governance throughout project execution
Role Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support four projects, including: LV and HV substation installations, Transformer installations, Extensive cabling and infrastructure work, NPI upgrades and general electrical improvements
* Implement QA/QC processes with ITP/ITR verification and validation
* Provide technical and reliability input into equipment selection, standards, and project decisions
* Oversee execution, completions, and handover activities to ensure compliance and quality outcomes
