Bittn is growing fast, and we're looking for a Key Account Manager (Construction) to take full ownership of a portfolio of existing SMB builder accounts.
This role is about retention, trust, and execution. You'll be the single point of accountability for your builders, owning relationships, forecasting, fulfilment alignment, and sustainable growth across repeat and contracted work.
This is not a new business or cold-hunting role. Growth comes from deep account knowledge, proactive planning, and delivering consistently excellent outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Own and manage a defined portfolio of existing builder accounts
* Build trusted relationships with decision makers, site supervisors, and office teams
* Act as the primary point of contact for all account queries, issues, and escalations
* Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and quote management
* Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts only
* Conduct structured account reviews based on account size and activity
* Partner closely with Scheduling, Field Services, CX, and Finance to ensure jobs are delivered on time and SLAs are met
* Issues are resolved proactively
* Support Sales Support team members with quoting accuracy and scope guidance
* Assist with invoicing issue resolution through coordination with Finance and proactive customer communication

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Construction-aligned roles
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence managing pipelines, quotes, and forecasting
* Commercial mindset with attention to margin and service qualityExperience working cross-functionally with operations teams
* CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
* A proactive, ownership-led approach, you follow things through
