Duties
* Lead and coach a team of support professionals
* Model best practice and drive service quality
* Build team capability and collaboration
* Support delivery of individual goals and outcomes
* Align daily operations with strategy and values
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership in disability or community services
* Strong coaching and team-building skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
* Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards
* Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
