Digital Health Group (DHG) Field Support is looking for an enthusiastic, hands on and flexible staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will join the team to provide first and second level support to ICT end user devices, assist with small to large scale projects and asset management tasks for DHG equipment utilised at the ACT Health and Community Services Directorate and Canberra Health Services sites with the Digital Health Record application. The team works onsite, face to face with the customers and are one of the first points of contact that the services have with the DHG group. We aim to provide a proactive support model to find potential issues with devices or procedures and resolve them before any incidents or interruptions to services are experienced.
