A highly organised and motivated individual is required to lead our administration function and support our dealership and finance teams.
This key leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership, managing and mentoring admin staff, and collaborating with department heads to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Duties:
Ensure effective coordination across sales and fixed operations teams
Maintain accurate vehicle inventory, sales, and compliance documentation
Liaise with external suppliers, service providers and vendors
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable
Support HR activities including onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records
Ensure Queensland Transport records are accurately updated and maintained
Assist the Dealership Accountant and Financial Controller with key reporting requirements
About You:
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in office management or senior administration, ideally in the automotive industry.
High-level organisational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership systems (automotive DMS experience advantageous)
