As a Glazier at Kwik Glass, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming spaces with your precision in glass cutting, installation, and repairs.
**Position Details**
We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual who can seamlessly balance the dual responsibilities of co-ordinating our social media and marketing efforts and providing comprehensive personal assistance to the Director.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can handle diverse tasks with efficiency and creativity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media & Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and co-ordinate our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, innovative, unique and high-quality content (written, images, videos) to promote our brand and products/services.
- Curate an aesthetically pleasing Instagram with a strong brand identity.
- Manage and upload the daily social media content. Including but not limited to: Instagram stories, reels, Tik Tok etc.
- Be able to edit and create IG Reels and Tik Tok videos.
- Be involved in weekly meetings / or as needed to make sure the social media strategy is in line with marketing calendar.
- Create targeted ads through Meta.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Weekly social media reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in pre-production of photoshoots as well as shooting BTS and low-fi content at campaign, e-comm and independent social shoots.
- Assist in the development of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
Personal Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the Director's daily activities
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated at least 2 years' experience in a social media and content creating role with a premium fashion brand or fashion retailer
- Hands on experience with content creation and photography
- Proficient in photo and video editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Previous experience in curating an aesthetic Instagram feel with a strong brand identity
- Previous experience on social media reporting and performance using social media management tools
- Proven results in creating engaging and viral content on reels and TikTok
- Knowledge and experience of all social media platforms
- Knowledge of InShot, premier pro and the adobe suite
- Knowledge of working with META to create targeted ads on social media channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
