Bring your creativity and communication skills to a mission-led organisation - make a real impact in the NT
Your new company
If you're looking for a workplace that's all about purpose, people, and making a real difference - without the corporate jargon - this is it. You'll join a community-focused organisation that's been quietly doing amazing things across the NT. No capes required, but a passion for storytelling and community impact is a must.
Your new role
As the new Marketing and Communications Officer, you'll be the voice behind the brand - online, in the media, and everywhere in between. From crafting clever social posts to helping manage media during high-stakes moments (yes, you might be the one answering the phone when the news calls), your days will be anything but boring. You'll also help shape campaigns, polish up reports, and make sure everything looks and sounds on-brand. Basically, if it involves words, pictures, or pixels - you're in.
What you'll need to succeed
* A flair for writing, editing, and making things look good (Canva lovers, this is your time to shine)
* Experience wrangling social media accounts and websites without breaking the internet
* A nose for news and a love for community stories
* The ability to juggle deadlines, stakeholders, and the occasional curveball
* Bonus points if you've worked in a not-for-profit or volunteer-based organisation
* A current NT Driving Licence, Ochre Card (or willingness to get one), and a clear police check
What you'll get in return
* A meaningful role where your work has a real impact
* A supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and the occasional coffee run
* Opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of your work
* Competitive salary under the Support Services Enterprise Agreement
