About The Role
Join CSR's IT team as a Helpdesk Analyst, supporting our Australian and New Zealand operations from our North Ryde head office. This role delivers high-quality Level 1 support across systems, hardware, and networks, while building your skills in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
You'll work as part of a high-performing team, gaining exposure to a broad range of IT disciplines. This role operates on a rotating shift between 6:00am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri), with occasional after-hours support for critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 technical support across systems, hardware, and networks
* Triage, resolve, or escalate incidents, ensuring end-to-end ownership
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Identify and contribute to process improvements and documentation
* Manage competing priorities to meet team KPIs
* Support continuous improvement and learning initiatives
About You
* 2+ years' experience in IT support or relevant tertiary qualification
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
* Experience with Windows OS, M365, email, and end-user computing
* Understanding of networking (LAN/WAN) and ITIL principles
* Exposure to cloud/on‐prem systems (SAP or ERP experience desirable)
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
