Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to manage and streamline sales, warehouse, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Support:

* Oversee the end-to-end processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
* Communicate with customers regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
* Address any order discrepancies and manage returns and exchanges by coordinating with warehouse teams.
* Work closely with the sales team to anticipate and meet customer needs efficiently.


Operations Support:

* Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory handling, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
* Inventory management; stock conversions, transfers, and adjustments, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
* C coordinate quarterly stock-takes, reviewing reports and ensuring timely reconciliation of any discrepancies.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimise work-flows, improve efficiency, and resolve operational issues.
* Monitor logistics processes to enhance delivery performance, streamline operations, and cost efficiency.


Requirements

* Proven experience in sales support, warehouse management, and logistics coordination.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems, warehouse software, and logistics platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
* Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships and maintain positive customer interactions.
