Based in Sydney, our committed team of Project Marketers, Branding and Sales professionals empowers SIRI Group to provide a full-service offering encompassing property development management, advisory, branding, marketing, sales, and settlement.
Siri Realty Group is seeking a passionate, creative and committed Marketing Coordinator to join our team to assist in the management and execution of our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze customer features and needs to create effective marketing strategies.
* Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and highlight our unique selling points.
* Coordinate with external designers, video producers, and web developers to create marketing assets.
* Use Google Analytics to monitor and improve marketing campaign performance and web rankings.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
* Plan, develop and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
* Assist in marketing campaigns in both Australian and overseas markets, and explore new growth opportunities.
* Supervise and mentor Marketing Interns, providing guidance on tasks, projects, and professional development.
* Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in a branding or marketing role.
* Good understanding of media setting in Australia, China and Southeast Asia.
* Solid project management skills and problem solving abilities.
* Solid command of Google Analytics, Social Media Channels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Work experience in property management or consulting industry will be a big plus.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Experience: Marketing, 1 year (preferred)
