About ALLFENIX
ALLFENIX is a Melbourne-born activewear brand redefining modern Pilateswear through considered design, performance-led fabrics and elevated everyday silhouettes.
Alongside our core brand, our private label WILO division designs and supplies high-volume, commercially driven collections to leading international retail partners across active (women's and men's), swimwear and lifestyle accessories.
We are entering a strong growth phase across both divisions, expanding into new product categories, strengthening global partnerships and continuing to invest in our internal team.
The Role
We're looking for a Garment Technician who takes the technical side of product seriously. * Manage fit sessions, providing clear and constructive technical feedback to ensure alignment with design intent and commercial viability.
* Liaise directly with offshore factories and suppliers to address fit, construction, quality and testing issues, ensuring timely resolutions and alignment across all production stages.
* Conduct risk assessments on fabrications and styles, providing proactive solutions to minimise returns and quality concerns.
* Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure innovation in construction techniques, garment performance and material selection, particularly for high-performance activewear.
* Approve and nominate accurate care labels, fabric testing protocols and quality standards, ensuring compliance and garment longevity.
* Review and assess grading rules to maintain consistent fit across all sizes, with a strong focus on both performance fit and comfort.
* Maintain internal style charts, BOMs and technical records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
* Work closely with the Production Manager to meet critical path timelines and support key seasonal milestones.
About You
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in a Garment Technician or QA role within activewear, contemporary womenswear or outerwear.

* Strong understanding of garment testing, compliance and customer care standards.
* Confident communicator with the ability to provide clear technical instructions and collaborate cross-functionally.
