Looking for a work environment where you get to provide a specialist suite of market leading engineering and workplace technology expertise? This role will suit a driven pro‐active and solutions focused candidate looking to join a dynamic team of Audio‐Visual and technology experts in our Melbourne office.
You'll be responsible for:
* Providing Audio Visual and Unified Communications solutions from concept through to construction
* Create project technical documentation including specifications, system drawings, elevations and architectural layouts.
* Contractor management for all works undertaken at client sites
* Assess project change, update project management systems and quote adjustments accordingly and ensure project milestones are met.
* Actively communicating and meeting with clients, tradespeople and other stakeholders to ensure projects are exceeding expectations
* Handle order management: Bill of Materials, Project Schedules, Project Budgets, Project Controls.
Important to your success:
* Qualifications in AV System Design, Audio Engineering, Sound Production, Project Management, Engineering, ICT, or similar. This will be coupled with multi‐year experience in the management, design and consulting of technology projects.
* 3‐5 years' experience as a consultant, or 5‐6 years as a Systems Integration engineer
* Practical knowledge and understanding of devices that underpin complete Audio‐Visual solutions.
* Self‐driven individual who is results‐oriented and focused on opportunities and solutions.
* Ability to travel interstate when required
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with a large focus on attention to detail.
* A demonstrable customer‐centric approach with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with technical and non‐technical personnel.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Drafting experience (AutoCAD, Visio, BIM/Revit).
