Electrical Service Manager – Perth W.A.

We currently have a vacancy for an Electrical Service Manager in the Perth Metro Area
You will report to the Operations Manager and will be required to work some overtime which may include weekends. Be part of a growing electrical contracting team to develop and build with the existing dynamic team with projects within Western Australia
Duties Include:
· Managing, recruiting and scheduling a team of field based electricians
· Coordinating electrical maintenance, repairs and installations for industrial or commercial clients
· Setting KPIs, managing service performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
· Overseeing project budgets, inventory and offering technical support for equipment
· Foster a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture
Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Western Australia Electrical Licence;
* Construction Industry White/Blue Card;
* Drivers Licence;
* Experience in service management or supervising field crews
* Solid working knowledge of electrical products and systems
* Strong communication & customer service skills
