About The Role
This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to Gallery patrons and working collaboratively across Council to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville Community.

This position will provide front of house customer service along with operational support to the Gallery services. The position will work with all Gallery staff in the delivery of a range of services and programs and will take direction from the Galleries Director.

About You
Our ideal applicant will have experience providing front of house management including reception, gift shop, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications to visitors to both Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Pinnacles Gallery.
