We are seeking a highly organised and professional administrator with experience in hospitality, management, human resources or construction.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support to senior staff and assist in managing tasks across multiple venues. This is a varied role that blends professional and personal support.
You will be working in Mt Lawley in a private office mostly on your own.
This is a part-time role of 15 hours per week from Monday - Wednesday 9.00am - 2.00pm. There is scope for the role to become full-time in the future.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior staff.
- Maintain timely and organised file management systems (digital and/or physical).
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence with excellent written communication.
- Liaise and coordinate with external teams to manage and follow up on a variety of matters.
- Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, minute-taking.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as directed.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
- Previous experience in an administrative setting.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite, document management systems, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
