About the Role: We are seeking a Team Leader Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within a multidisciplinary team in South East Melbourne. You’ll manage a clinical caseload while mentoring and leading a team of Occupational Therapists, with strong support from management as the team continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct clinical assessments and therapy in clinic or home settings Recommend assistive technology and minor home modifications Provide ADL and functional capacity assessments Support clients in achieving their goals with a strengths-based approach Train clients, carers, and support workers Liaise with NDIS and other agencies, and prepare high-standard reports Supervise, mentor, and support OT team members Manage caseloads and facilitate team meetings Handle higher-level clinical needs and lead goal-directed care planning This role is open to full time or part time applicants.
