Concept 4 Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, with a primary focus on rough floor sanding and floor preparation work.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with floor sanding, preparation, and rough sanding
* Operate sanding equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if required)
* Support tradespeople with general labouring duties
* General site clean-up and manual handling
* Assisting trades and operating basic hand/power tools
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite
* Follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
About You
* Previous experience in construction, flooring, or labouring is highly regarded but not essential
* Must be able to work in Australia
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
* Ability to follow directions and work to deadlines
* Must have a White Card
* Must have own transport
* Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
