A leading Private Real Estate Investment Platform is seeking a Fund Manager to lead the strategy and performance of its flagship fund.
This is a Senior Investment Management role with full accountability for portfolio performance, investor engagement and governance. Acting as the conduit between Investment, Finance, Operations and capital partners, you will ensure the Fund delivers on its long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute fund strategy in partnership with the Executive team to maximise value and manage risk.
* Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, including business planning and operational budget coordination.
* Drive financial performance, capital allocation and long‐term NAV growth.
* Lead investor engagement, Advisory Committee processes and key stakeholder relationships.
* Deliver clear, high‐quality financial, operational and risk reporting.
* Identify and manage fund‐level risks, ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.
* Lead and develop the Fund Investment team, contributing to broader Investment Management capability.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or related.
* Strong understanding of the Australian institutional real estate market and fund structures.
* Extensive experience in cash flow modelling, feasibility analysis and investment valuation.
* Executive presence with the ability to operate credibly at Board and investor level.
* Commercially astute, analytical and highly articulate.
