Housing Property Manager Position
Beyond delivering high-quality housing services is our top priority. As a Housing Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading the provision of client-focused and responsive housing management solutions incorporating Long Term Community Housing (LTCH) and Transitional Housing Management (THM) programs.
This role entails:
* Managing rental agreements, including initial sign-ups and ongoing renewals.
* Coordinating arrears and facilitating repayment arrangements with tenants.
* Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance standards.
* Administering annual household income and rent reviews to ensure fairness and equity.
* Representing the organization in VCAT hearings as required.
