Sharepoint Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Sharepoint administrator to join our team. As a Sharepoint administrator, you will provide operational support for the department's Sharepoint Online environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Action and resolve incoming Sharepoint-related incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or vendors as required.
Configuration and Site Management:
* Create, configure and maintain Sharepoint Online sites, document libraries, and lists in line with approved configuration models.
* Apply and enforce departmental Information Architecture (IA) standards, including global term store management and column configuration.
Compliance & Remediation:
* Identify and remediate non-compliant sites, libraries, and content to align with approved configuration models.
* Support periodic audits and reporting on compliance status.
Continuous Improvement:
* Assist in implementing enhancements such as global navigation, hub site configuration, and template deployment.
* Contribute to SOP updates, knowledge articles, and user guidance materials.
Requirements:
You must have demonstrated experience in Sharepoint Online administration, including permissions management, site configuration, and Global Term store management.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform desirable) and understanding of governance, compliance, and information architecture principles are also necessary.
