Spa Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional service and treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional spa treatments including massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, tanning, and make-up services
* Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and member amenities to high standards of hygiene and presentation
* Support reception duties including bookings, customer enquiries, and end-of-day procedures
* Monitor product levels and support financial management processes
* Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to team morale
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa attendance and revenue
