A day in the life – Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals.
* Oversee the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management.

* Can work autonomously and as part of a team – you'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right hand.
* Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values.
* A can‐do attitude, willingness to learn and natural leadership skills.

* Their own reliable form of transport.
* Retail or hospitality experience desirable but not a deal‐breaker – we value the right attitude over experience.
