Job Description:
The Retail Property Manager oversees large format retail assets, managing budgets and financials, tenant relationships, leasing, compliance, team development, presentation, maintenance, on-site contractors, support staff, day-to-day operational obligations, lease documentation, trust account compliance, financial reporting requirements.
This involves overseeing multiple sites, managing site visits, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.
Strong communication skills, financial acumen, organisational and time management capability are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in retail property administration, legislation, and leasing terminology
* Exposure to MRI or similar systems is advantageous
* Proactive approach, strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
* Financial management and budgeting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
